Zero-Rating Program

The Zero-Rating Program is run voluntarily by the CPCC in recognition of the fact that many companies and organizations use leviable blank media for their business purposes. The program allows companies registered in the program to purchase and/or sell blank media at a “zero-rate” from authorized sellers.

The CPCC considers abuse or misuse of the Zero-Rating Program a very serious matter and if necessary, will take legal action to enforce the program.  Companies wishing to join the program must sign zero-rating agreements with the CPCC and should ensure that they understand and comply with the terms and conditions of their agreement.
