The Canadian Private Copying Collective (CPCC) is pleased to note that the Copyright Board of Canada has issued the 2025-2027 Private Copying Tariff on November 7, 2025.

The 2025-2027 Tariff maintains the private copying levy for each unit of CD-R, CD-RW, CD-R Audio and CD-RW Audio at the current rate of 29 cents.
